And Rebecca is the reason Karyn is heading to Glenville to host a free public lecture on Sunday afternoon from 2 – 4 PM titled, “The Raw Truth: How a Plant-Based Diet Saved My Life.

Karyn is also sharing her expertise with conferees on Monday at 10:00 AM, sharing a session with leadership from DC Central Kitchen.

The world’s biggest star recently scooted up to the North Side and grabbed a raw lunch from a restaurant on Halsted that just so happens to be owned by the hippest, healthiest, sveltest, youngest-looking 66-year-old vegan you ever did see.
